We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PokePVE (the “App”) handles your information.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

The App does not operate its own backend server, and the developer does not directly collect or store any of your personal information.

To enable subscription and in-app purchase functionality, the App integrates the RevenueCat SDK. When you make a purchase, restore a purchase, or query subscription status, RevenueCat processes the following data:

  • Purchase receipts and purchase history provided by Apple
  • An anonymous identifier automatically generated by RevenueCat (not linked to your Apple ID, email, or name)
  • Vendor identifier (IDFV), app version, operating system version, country/region, and other basic information used to validate purchases

This data is used to validate purchases, restore subscriptions, prevent fraud, and help the developer understand subscription metrics. It is not used for advertising tracking.

RevenueCat stores relevant data on AWS servers in the United States, with security measures including encryption in transit. The developer does not maintain an independent server and does not store copies of your purchase information.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at apps@1248.ink. We will assist you through the RevenueCat dashboard (RevenueCat supports user data deletion via console or API).

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised. Material changes will be notified to you via in-app notice.
